Common Questions
Tap the invite link sent by your project admin — it'll open the Cinebody app (or prompt you to download it) and connect you to the project automatically.
Make sure you're on a strong Wi-Fi connection and that the app has permission to access your camera roll. If uploads stall, try closing and reopening the app — your clips will resume uploading.
Open your project and tap the messaging icon to send notes or feedback directly to filmers. Admins can message individuals or the full group.
Switch to photo mode in the capture screen, snap your shots, and they'll sync to your project alongside your video clips in real time.
Log in to the admin dashboard, hit "New Project," set your shot list and specs, then invite filmers via link or email. You can manage everything from the dashboard.
Yes — admins can upload existing footage directly through the web dashboard. Just drag and drop files into your project.
