No problem. In addition to executing your video projects, our Strategic Producers will work closely with you and your team to help you identify video opportunities and refine concepts so that you are never short on ideas for great video content. They even help you develop ideas that are best suited for your marketing strategies and goals.

Generally, clients purchase videos in packages of four (4), eight (8), ten (10), and twenty (20). But, you always have the ability to add more. You have a full year to redeem your videos, and we’ll make sure you’re never short on ideas. If you need more than twenty (20) videos, please schedule a time to chat so we can set up a custom video package for you.

We generally offer two rounds of revisions per video. But, our number one goal is to make sure that you are happy with the video that we produce & get as much use out of it as possible, so if you need an extra round of revisions on a video we are happy to accommodate.

Perfect! We provide a select of intro/outro motion graphic styles, as well as lower third & art card templates. But, if you have your own that you would prefer to use please provide them to your strategic producer and we will make sure to implement it.

Hey, it happens sometimes. Because we have officially wrapped the project, we charge a small fee to reopen the project & have our editing team jump back in. But we can certainly accommodate if you need additional changes made to a video after it has been approved as final.

We strive to help you execute all of your videos within your annual subscription term. But don’t worry if you still have a few left over. We’ll carry them over to your next subscription term once you renew, so you can extend your video package if need be.

We work to accommodate your schedule & keep it top of mind. From the start of a project, we’ll work with you to establish a solid timeline based on the complexity of the idea to provide you with what you need and when you need it. Generally speaking, projects take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete.

That’s up to you! The videos that Cinebody produces for your organization belong to YOU in perpetuity. Most clients will distribute final videos internally, on their social media channels, websites, or even broadcast TV. If you’re ever unsure, your Strategic Producer can always consult you on distribution plans that best align with your goals.
